where can i buy everything i need to start punching cards? can anyone help me?

I also really need to do a large cashout of at least 7k, or does anyone know anyone who sells loaded cards.

I know im new but i understand most of the metrics behind this i just need someone to help point me not in the wrong direction hahaha
