Drivers License Number Creation?

I am creating a fake identity. I already have a social security number that has not been issued for it. I am in the process of creating a credit profile for the fucker. I have applied for a few credit cards and have been pre-approved for a few. The hold up is the ID. I can get the id no problem, but what should i put for the DL number? Any advice or pointers on this would be greatly appreciated
