Is there a way to acces Hotmail/Gmail accounts when you have the login details ( Username/Password) but cannot verify the login via another mail/sms
If yes how can that be done

use cookies not username / password . there is many cookies stealers around get one and spreed .
there is no way to pass otp sms unless you have radmin on phone or using simswap .
