Interesting guide, however, I would like to express my opinion on some points.

For VPN, Proton and Nord are pure honeypots for LE, the "best" currently is to buy Mullvad VPN on its TOR page with XMR.

For the search engine, I would not recommend DuckDuckGo since its ISP is Microsoft, it is not as private as it used to be.

For PGP, I would recommend creating them in Whonix with the maximum protection RSA 4056, and finally, the "safest" currently to communicate is XMPP, also in Whonix, I would recommend Pidgin and disabling plug OTR.

However, I want to emphasize that this does not guarantee that they will catch you, i.e., if someone or a fed has the objective of tracking you for x or y reason, they will do so until the last resource. Therefore, common sense and logic are key here, never combine your personal life / clearnet life with what you do on the dark side, be careful how you write, usernames, etc., etc.
